Delivery and Returns
Regardless of the number of items you purchase, you only pay one delivery charge per order based on the type of products in your order. All prices quoted below are excluding VAT.

Can I collect my order in person?
If you wish to collect your order from our warehouse in Cheshire, simply let us know once your order has been submitted and the delivery charge will be removed from your basket. We will then prepare your order so it’s ready to collect.
Will there be a Returns collection charge?
If the return is required as a result of our error there is no return collection charge. In all other circumstances you will be responsible for the safe return of all goods and for the returns collection charges.
